When you browse the site

The site uses no cookies, and has no tracking tools, no ads and no visitor counter. Its fonts and images all come from the site itself, so no other company learns that you came here.

The company that hosts the site may record ordinary technical details, such as your IP address, your browser and the time of the visit, to keep the site running and secure. We don't use those details to find out who you are.

When you send us a message

The Start a project form doesn't send or save anything on our side. It only prepares your message, then opens it in WhatsApp or your email app, and you decide whether to send it.

What reaches us is only what you send: your name, your business, your message, and your number or email.

Please don't send passwords or confidential documents in a first message. If we ever need something like that, we'll agree a safe way to receive it.

What we use your messages for

To reply to you, understand your project, and agree the work with you.

We don't sell your details, we don't give them to anyone for marketing, and we won't send you promotions you didn't ask for.

WhatsApp and other sites

When you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp itself handles the message under its own privacy policy.

The Projects page links to other sites. When you open one, that site's policy applies, not ours.

How long we keep them

We keep a conversation while we're discussing or working on the project, and after that only as long as we need it for work and invoice records.

You can ask us to delete it at any time, except for what we have to keep for accounting.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Message us and a person will reply.

If anything changes

If we ever add a tool that counts visitors, or anything else that collects data, we'll update this page first and change the date at the top.
